Just got hearing aids they were very friendly professional answered all questions.4mo later have had 2 more office visits for checkups at no cost. Learn something new every visit. My last visit young lady from counter was very informative of cleaning my hearing aids plus replaced the rubber tips. She also gave a pack of rubber ear tips. I learned from her more tips for proper cleaning,so as to make hearing aids work more efficiently. Totally satisfied with Andrea and front desk lady. Just so very kind to me.

I had used some of the inexpensive hearing amplifiers with mixed results. Since going for testing and new hearing aids set specifically for me, my hearing has improved significantly. I find I have been missing a lot. The decrease in what I heard was so slow I didn’t notice until it was restored. Everyone at the center is so friendly and helpful. Each time I go in I learn more about how to get the most out of these new hearing aids. I am so happy I finally took the steps to get professional help and proper hearing aids. I know this journey is just beginning and I am looking forward to all it will bring.

Even though I wasn’t a patient of this practice, they quickly fixed my hearing aid and replaced the receiver. What I found amazing was that she was able to see my hearing history online from my previous audiologist in Maryland. This practice is well organised, efficient and extremely helpful. By the way, I am going back for a hearing test and a check on my hearing health as she really cares about them. Plus on there was no pressure for other services unless I wanted them. Best of all is that they take all insurances.
